Tissues expression of chaperones mRNA under control condition. The genes were measured in four different tissues. Endogenous control genes for quantification was the mean of Gapdh and18s. The relative mRNA expression of each tissue was compared to gonad expression to determine the tissue specific expression. No significant differences were found between treatments (p > 0.05)
